These Terms & Conditions govern the rental and use of the 1929 Mercedes Gazelle provided by RF Graphics. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Service Provided

• The Vehicle is rented solely as a photo prop for photography and videography purposes.

• The Vehicle will be delivered and set up at an agreed-upon location, date, and time.

• The Vehicle is not available for driving, transport, or operational use.

2. Rental Rate & Payment

• Rental fee is $200 per hour, with a one-hour minimum.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental.

• Payments are accepted via [PayPal, Venmo, or other payment method].

3. Client Responsibilities

• The Client and their guests must treat the Vehicle with respect and care.

• Sitting inside the Vehicle for photos is permitted, but:

  • The engine will remain off at all times.

  • No smoking, eating, or drinking is allowed inside the Vehicle.

• The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the Vehicle or its accessories during the rental period.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

• The Provider is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property during the rental period.

• The Client assumes all risks associated with the use of the Vehicle as a photo prop.

• Children must be supervised at all times around the Vehicle.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled rental may receive a refund of any balance paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date will result in forfeiture of all payments.

• In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling will be allowed at no additional cost, subject to availability.

6. Travel & Delivery

• The rental fee includes delivery and setup within 25 miles of Cincinnati.

• Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area, which will be disclosed prior to booking.

7. Force Majeure

• The Provider shall not be liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic accidents, natural disasters, or other emergencies.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Ohio.

• Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Warren County, OH.

9. Acceptance

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
